Berlin Unification Union (BUU) secured their first win of the season with a comprehensive 2-0 victory over TSG Hoffenheim on Sunday afternoon at the Berlin Stadion.
The game was played in front of a capacity crowd of 15, 000 fans, who were eagerly awaiting BUU's return to competitive action after a long lay-off. The team had not won a match since October and were looking for redemption.
In the opening minutes, BUU took control of the game with a series of well-taken shots from the attacking line. However, Hoffenheim managed to find some rhythm and drew level through a well-worked counter-attack.
